1. General Provisions
The Yinfeng Life Extension Program is a cutting-edge life science research project initiated and implemented by Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute, which is oriented towards the future and highly challenging. The Yinfeng Life Extension Program mainly includes research on low-temperature preservation and thawing techniques for tissues and organs, as well as research on low-temperature preservation and thawing techniques for intact living organisms.
Given that this program is a highly challenging cutting-edge life science research project, public awareness of it still requires a process, and the research and experiments require significant financial investment. To unite social forces and promote the continuous and standardized implementation of the Life Extension Program, the program is open to the public for recruitment of members.


2. Membership Recruitment
2.1 Definition of Membership
Natural persons who comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations, have a sense of identification, emotion, ability, and willingness to support the Yinfeng Life Extension Plan (with full civil capacity), can apply and become members of the Yinfeng Life Extension Plan after review and approval.
2.2 Conditions for Becoming a Member
Comply with the Membership Charter of Yinfeng Life Extension Plan.
Donate scientific research funds (unlimited amount), donate scientific research materials, volunteer services, assist in publicity, provide technology or talents, and other forms (any one of which is sufficient).
2.3 Application Methods for Members
Online application: through WeChat official account: Yinfeng Life Extension Plan, or official website: https://www.yinfenglife.org.cn/ Submit the application.
Offline application: Submit the application by visiting and filling out the "Yinfeng Life Extension Program Membership Application Form".
2.4 Members' Rights and Interests
Online verification of membership through WeChat official account.
Make an appointment to visit the research base.
Obtain the latest scientific research progress and related information on the Yinfeng Life Extension Program.
Invited to participate in domestic and international theme activities of the Life Extension Program (summit forums, public welfare, interviews, etc.).
Invited to participate in the international scientific research cooperation institution inspection and exchange of the Life Extension Program.
Prioritize the opportunity to recruit volunteers for the Life Extension Program.


3. Numbering rules
3.1 The membership number consists of YF+4-digit date (year/month)+3-digit digits (for example, the first membership number joined in May 2023 is YF2305001).
3.2 The membership number is the unique internal code for members of the Yinfeng Life Extension Program, and is also an important ID for internal identification, file management, and future information management.
After the cancellation of membership, the membership number will be marked as invalid to ensure that each number corresponds uniquely to a member.


4. Archive management
4.1 Daily organization: The Comprehensive Department of Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute is the functional department responsible for managing member files, collecting, organizing, and archiving all member files.
4.2 Establishment and Update: Member profiles are established upon formal membership, including both text and electronic files. Member profiles are updated once a year, while others can be handled flexibly.
4.3 Security and Privacy: Member profiles shall not be used for non work purposes, and no one shall bring member profile materials to public places or disclose their contents to unrelated personnel without authorization. Without the explicit consent or active choice of the member, personal information related to the member shall not be publicly disclosed.
4.4 File Transfer: When transferring files, the "File Transfer Inventory" must be filled out. After both parties have checked and verified the accuracy, it can only be stored after being signed by the transferor, the head of the transferring department, the recipient, and the head of the receiving department.
4.5 Archive Preservation: Archives are stored in a dedicated sealed archive cabinet, which should be locked and kept by a dedicated person. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the archive room and browse archive materials at will. The member profile is a confidential document that is permanently saved.
4.6 Archive Destruction: The destruction of archives must be supervised by two or more people, and the words "destroyed" and the date of destruction must be indicated on the destruction list. The person in charge and the supervisor shall sign on the destruction list and keep it on file for future reference.


5. Membership cancellation
5.1 Active Cancellation: Submit a written membership cancellation application, and after review, their membership will be cancelled.
5.2 Automatic Cancellation: Upon verification, if any of the following situations occur, the membership will be automatically cancelled: ① inability to contact for two consecutive years; ② Being punished by law for serious illegal and criminal acts or receiving social condemnation for personal misconduct; ③ Harm the reputation of Yinfeng Life Extension Plan; ④ Passed away due to unforeseen circumstances.
After the cancellation of membership, the benefits enjoyed by it will automatically cease.


6. Supplementary Provisions
6.1 This constitution is interpreted and revised by Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute.
6.2 This Articles of Association shall come into effect from December 2024 and shall be valid for a long time.
