According to an article in the legal Daily on Aug. 17, the news of China's first cryopreservation has become popular these days, and China's first "frozen man" will also trigger a lot of interesting "legal phenomena." Is the "frozen man" alive or inanimate? if the "frozen man" is a living person, is it possible for the preservation agency to be suspected of a criminal offence if there are problems with improper preservation?
