Gathering global talents and promoting the development of Quancheng. The 2019 Academician Spring City Tour and Academician Forum was held in Jinan on November 28. The event was organized by the Shandong Academician Expert Federation and the Jinan Talent Work Leading Group Office, hosted by Academician Home (Jinan) and the Jinan Science and Technology Bureau. Yinfeng Biotech Group, as a representative of Jinan's biomedical enterprise, was invited to participate.
Adhering to the principles of "high-end, precise, professional, and specialized", focusing on key areas such as big data and new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, biomedicine, etc., the event organizer invited 11 academicians and corresponding domestic and foreign experts to come to Jinan for precise docking and negotiation with enterprises and institutions in Jinan.

At the event, Wang Baoqing, President of Yinfeng Biotechnology Group, and Academician Li Changming signed a contract on-site to jointly build the "Qingda Yinfeng" Biotechnology Industry Research Institute.
In the future, both sides of the cooperation will uphold the advantages of all parties, rely on the "Qingda Yinfeng" Biotechnology Industry Research Institute, take market demand as the guide, and industrialization as the goal, establish research topics and jointly tackle key problems. Establish a mechanism for high-end talent and technology exchange and circulation, undertake national science and technology plans or key projects, jointly build international talent and technology certification and training bases, deepen the integration of industry, academia and research, and school enterprise cooperation, and jointly promote the development of biomedical and health undertakings.
Professor Li Changming, Dean of the Frontier Interdisciplinary Research Institute at Qingdao University, Academician of the American Academy of Medicine and Biotechnology, Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry in the UK, Fellow of the International Thin Film Society, and highly cited scientists from Thomson Reuters, CoryVision, and Elsevier in Global Materials and Interdisciplinary Studies. There are over 670 highly influential SCI articles, over 200 patents, more than 30500 citations, an H-factor of 85, and 8 published monographs. He used to be the chief scientist of Motorola in the United States, the tenured professor and the director of the Department of Bioengineering of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, the director of the Advanced Biological Nanosystem Research Center, the honorary researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the evaluation expert of the national key scientific research projects, the evaluation expert of the national level distinguished professors, the evaluation expert of the national Yangtze River distinguished and chair professors, and the evaluation expert of the national award. Received Motorola's highest invention award, Singapore Nanyang Research and Innovation Award, China Overseas Chinese Innovation Talent Contribution Award, and China Industry University Research Cooperation Innovation Award (2017). Hosted or participated in more than 80 major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the "973" Program, as well as research projects in Singapore, the United States, and Australia, totaling over 300 million scientific research funds. On the day of signing, Qingdao University awarded Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute, a subsidiary of Yinfeng Biological Group, as the "Qingdao University Collaborative Innovation Base" and "Qingdao University Practice Teaching Base".

Global First Ovarian Tissue Dual Activation Technology Debuts at 2025 Jinan Achievements Conference
Currently, the ovarian tissue dual activation technology has been successfully applied in clinical practice at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Shenzhen (Longgang) Hospital, having treated over 400 patients with a treatment success rate of 70%. Over the next three years, Shandong Yinfeng Life Science Research Institute plans to use Jinan as a center to gradually expand the transformation and application of this technological achievement nationwide.
According to the latest announcement from the International Society of Cryobiology, Professor Xu Yi from the School of Health Science and Engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and a member of the Yinfeng Cryomedicine Expert Committee, has been elected as a Board Governor of the Society for a three-year term (2026–2028). The election was conducted through a democratic vote by all members worldwide, with three new Board Governors elected. Professor Xu Yi is the only scholar from Asia elected to the Society’s Board of Governors this time and the third elected scholar from mainland China in the Society’s 60-year history.
